Our basic criteria in selecting translators are analogous to those of UNI Norm 11591:2015 and the ALTE professional code

Our translators are certified professionals and translate exclusively into their mother tongue. We never use automatic translators, which other agencies tolerate, and we make use CAT tools for the terminological management and memorization of sector-specific texts for every single client.

To be admitted to the first phase of our selection process, our translators must possess at least one of the following characteristics:

A degree in translation and linguistic mediation, accompanied by at least 2 years of documented translation experience with qualified and certified agencies headquartered in Germany and France –nations in which translation services guarantee higher standards of quality than elsewhere.

An academic qualification in other sectors combined with at least 3 years of documented professional experience in technical translating with the international offices of global companies.

For completely bilingual translators, a high-school degree followed by at least 5 years’ work experience in translating with agencies possessing the abovementioned characteristics.
